Ciprian is running the Social Innovation Solutions ecosystem, a group of organizations with a mission to empower individuals and organizations to understand future transformations and to develop sustainable tech, policy, and entrepreneurial solutions. SIS runs various educational programs in CEE, like Sustainability Academy and Transformator, and conversation platforms like Future Summit and Climate Change Summit. Ciprian worked 12 years for global organizations like Ashoka and the Aspen Institute, is a Global Shaper Alumni of the World Economic Forum, a Board Member of Rethink Romania, and a part of the Romanian Business Leaders community. Ciprian is also hosting the Pro Verde sustainability talk show at StirileProTV.ro
He teaches foresight and sustainability at The Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest and has recently completed a program in Sustainable Finance at the Harvard Business School and one at the Cambridge Judge Business School in Circular Economy and sustainability. Ciprian holds an MA in Political Science from the Central European University, is a frequent speaker on future trends, sustainability, and social innovation both in Romania and abroad, and is the editor of Future Magazine.

Roxana is the Executive Director of Social Innovation Solutions, supporting individuals and organizations in understanding the transformations of the future through sustainability education programs and conversation platforms in Romania and three other countries in Central and Eastern Europe, working with over 15,000 SMEs and NGOs. With professional experience on four continents, she has developed projects with global impact in education and sustainability, working in start-ups, NGOs, the corporate sector, and at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN). She has contributed to Better World Initiatives' impact investing program in Kenya and Nepal, as well as initiatives such as TEDxBucharest and TEDxCERN.
Roxana was the Sustainability Manager for the Coldplay concerts in Romania in 2024, is a Global Shapers Bucharest Hub Alumna, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and was included in the Capital Top 100 Women of Success.roxana.cojocaru@innovationsolutions.eu

Andrei is a highly driven professional with great social enterprise building skills and product development expertise. He has successfully scaled the social enterprise MBQ in Romania and managed the transition of a group of traditional artisans to global suppliers of Ikea. As co-founder of co/rizom, a Vienna based collective, he co-created a product development methodology and craft incubator, eliminating the knowledge gap between global retail and the artisan sector.

Miruna is an ambitionate young professional, motivated to learn and get inspired by everything that surrounds her. She treats things with passion and seriousness, recognizing the importance of both in achieving success. As a master's student in the Culture and Politics program, she is highly interested in diplomacy, geopolitics, and sustainability, possessing critical thinking skills for analyzing today's actions that impact the future. As a volunteer within the Volunteers for Ideas and Projects student NGO, Miruna organized the World Affairs Forum project for 2 years. Her role as a Junior Partnerships Manager helps her understand the needs of the organization and develop more advanced negotiation and communication skills, while creating and nurturing relevant partnerships with non-financial stakeholders.

Roxana firmly believes in the collective power of communities for change for the better, actively engaging in Global Shapers, the Ambassadors of the European Climate Pact and various civic initiatives, like her sworn role at the Civil Society Gala.

After a previous 2-year experience in coordinating the Future Makers digital incubator, Paul is currently the project manager of the Sustainability Academy, the educational platform dedicated to sustainability and SMEs. However, Paul's entrepreneurial skills extend beyond professional activity. They culminate in the founding of oko, a brand responsible for sustainable clothing that has secured the Social Impact Award in 2019.

Corina Gavrilita is currently the Project Manager of the TRANSFORMATOR programme, ensuring all aspects related to the implementation of the programme in Romania and supporting the scaling of the programme in the CEE by sharing know-how and best practices.
Her professional experience gained both in the corporate environment and in the NGO sector has improved her communication and leadership skills. Although she has worked in various types of organizations, her work has always focused on education, supporting young people, graduates, entrepreneurs at the beginning of the road and currently, mature organizations reach their potential for a better future. It is a firm adept of the idea that education, in its various forms, has the power to make the world fairer and consequently more sustainable.

Mariana Stan has 10 years of experience in political consulting, communication and political marketing. She has 15 years of experience in coordinating campaigns for education and social communication. Her activity is complemented by 3 years of experience in journalism and almost 4 years in Public Affairs. Her research interests include sustainability, migration, human rights, new media, and marketing.
All complemented by her role as the Country Coordinator for Fashion Revolution in Romania, a position from which she aims to bring closer to people and decision-makers the importance of sustainable lifestyles, the need for fair partnerships, and coherent policies, both nationally and at the European level.
In 2021, Mariana was nominated by the Public Policy Initiative Group, Vertik, as one of the 10 Women Leaders, out of a total of over 1200 female entrepreneurs who applied, which is why she is involved in projects of social responsibility and women's empowerment that can change social policies and mentalities.

Daria graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. After a year of practice as a lawyer, she decided to move to Amsterdam and study the subject that wouldn’t stop bothering her for the past years: global warming and the role of companies in solving this problem. During her master's degree, Daria worked as a student researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and did an internship in the Sustainability Group of the Philips company.
Back in the country, Daria worked in the Ministry of Environment, Water and Forests and is currently responsible for the educational component of the Sustainability Academy.

With an interdisciplinary background in theatre studies and international relations, Iuliana has shaped her path through organising projects and events in education and cultural diplomacy. Her experience, enhanced by a Master's degree in diplomacy and international governance at Sciences Po Paris and an internship at the Permanent Delegation of Romania to UNESCO reinforces her commitment to contribute in creating resilient communities.
As a Project Assistant within the Sustainability Academy, Iuliana will contribute to the development of the learning platform and of the entrepreneurs community who aspire to create an ecosystem of sustainable business around them.

Passionate about nurturing projects from the idea to successful completion and beyond, Giuseppina had a pivotal role in the development of publishing and events projects (Biz magazine, Zilele BIZ business festival), hospitality brands (Mercato Kultur, Mamizza, Kane, GYST) and sustainability initiatives (Localnicii and Cutia cu Localnici) designed to promote and support the young generation of local entrepreneurs.
