Founder
Ciprian co-leads the SIS ecosystem after 12 years with Ashoka and the Aspen Institute. He is also a board member at Rethink Romania and teaches at the Entrepreneurship Academy. He finished programs in sustainability and investment at Harvard and Cambridge Universities.
Executive Director
Roxana has worked across four continents in education, sustainability, and part of impact initiatives projects in Kenya and Nepal. She contributed to the Development Office at CERN and was Sustainability Manager for Coldplay's Romania concerts. A Global Shapers alumna, a WEF initiative, she was also featured in the Capital Top 100 Women of Success.

Paul brings expertise in sustainability and program management. He led the Future Makers incubator and developed Sustainability Academy for SMEs. Paul founded oko, a sustainable clothing brand, blending creativity with environmental responsibility to drive impactful change across sectors.
Head of International Programs
Andrei is a skilled professional in social enterprise and product development. He scaled MBQ in Romania and transitioned artisans to global Ikea suppliers. As co-founder of co/rizom, he developed a craft incubator and methodology bridging the gap between global retail and the artisan sector.

Silvia is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in sales and event coordination, complemented by a strong academic background in finance and economics. As a mother of two daughters, Silvia believes in the power of kindness and the potential of people to create meaningful change. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to helping others and building a brighter future.

She is socially engaged, documenting how sustainability, animal welfare, and ethics can be integrated into business models. Adelina currently contributes to coordinating business programs that support SMEs and NGOs in adopting sustainable practices.
CEE Programs Coordinator
Miruna is a motivated professional passionate about diplomacy, sustainability, and geopolitics. As CEE Programs Coordinator, she handles non-financial partnerships within the organization and contributes to the International Programs team, building valuable connections across Central and Eastern Europe.

Adrian is an agricultural engineer with a Master's in Agricultural Consulting and a PhD candidate in Environmental Engineering. He has coordinated regional and international programs focused on environmental protection, afforestation, and climate education. Adrian played a key role in flagship initiatives such as the Climate Change Summit, helping amplify climate solutions and foster collaboration across Central and Eastern Europe.

Coralia has 4+ years of experience in the NGO sector, where she led teams and projects at local, national, and international levels. She oversaw 12 branches and 600+ members, and built partnerships with companies, embassies, and public institutions. With a background in community engagement, youth development, and cross-sector collaboration, Coralia is now part of the Business Programs team.
