TRANSFORMATOR is an educational program aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking to transition their business models towards sustainability, applicable in Romania and 5 additional countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
By integrating theoretical foundations with applied learning, the program supports SMEs and NGOs in critically assessing their organizational models and strengthening their capabilities across key domains, including ESG frameworks and compliance, technology adaptation, sustainable communication, and responsible leadership.
